I approach therapy as a collaborative relationship between myself and my clients. Real life issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and vocational uncertainty can be heavy loads if we must carry them alone. I appreciate every person's situation and am honored to help them in becoming their best self.

Counseling can help lighten the load as you share your burden with another person in a safe and caring environment. I use some humor when appropriate and always listen with empathy and non-judgement. I have experience with many issues and people from all stages in life.
