I have extensive experience working with attachment trauma and C-PTSD, and have helped adult survivors of childhood abuse break the transmission of transgenerational trauma shifting the course of their lineage and future generations in powerful and meaningful ways. I strongly believe in the therapeutic alliance as the conduit for impactful and deep work.
I am a systemically trained therapist and operate from a strength-based approach. What this means is that I do not pathologize what may be manifesting as symptomology, but rather delve deep into what our emotions are trying to tell us. As the wise poet Rumi tells us “this being human is a guest house” and we welcome all emotions as unexpected visitors.
