I believe that healing takes place differently for every human being. My goal is to seek out and heal the "root" cause of fears and anxiety, and additionally, to establish your own personal sense of safety after traumatic experiences. I consider it an honor and privilege to hold space for you.
My approach is very much strengths-based and person-centered. I believe that every person I work alongside of is an expert in their own path and has all the tools necessary to become their most authentic self. I have experience working with a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and relationships.
