Being a Therapist has been a passion of mine for years! It's my goal to allow clients to have an open space to be themselves as a whole. I believe we all have our challenges and differences; therefore, I use a more traditional talk therapy approach to help support clients with reaching their goals and open a door for more creative change!
I practice from a person-centered approach, so not only will we focus on your challenges but also meeting goals that the client sets for themselves. I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, in building skills to help navigate their way through stressors, transitions and all other emotions!
