I have hands-on experience working with clients who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, meaning and purpose, serious mental illness (SMI), and trauma. My primary approach is to utilize coveted techniques such as EMDR, CBT and expressive art therapy with traditional psychotherapy through a humanistic lens.
I am a compassionate and empathetic listener and believe that building a trusting and non- judgmental relationship with my clients is the foundation of effective therapy.
