I am currently only accepting new clients for Assessments (ADHD, learning disabilities, Autism, mood disorders, etc). Do you feel stuck, or at an impasse in your current life? Perhaps the use of a substance or a behavior has become a larger piece of your life than you wanted it to. It could be that anxiety or depression have kept you from achieving what you want, or being who you want to be. Maybe you’ve had a change in your life that’s been difficult to handle. Perhaps your child/teen is having difficulty at home or in school. I have experience working with clients of all ages, and tailor my approach to each individual.
I work primarily from an Existential/Humanistic perspective, focusing on how clients strive to live in line with their values, and how each person works toward living an authentic life. I encourage clients to build autonomy and growth through self-exploration and understanding of the unique perspectives they bring with them to therapy.
Therapy should be a supportive space for all clients to express and explore their ways of living and being. My style is open, empathic, challenging, and always involves a little humor. I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship I have with each individual client. I would be honored to join you in your growth. I'm listening!
