We are in the midst of a new normal that is a difficult, scary time. I am offering virtual sessions that will offer you the ability to access therapy, from the safety of where you are. Let’s talk. Individuals and couples that come work with me experience compassion and understanding. I use an eclectic and collaborative approach to make changes and create a more fulfilling life, mostly young adults, women, adults, and couples, experiencing symptoms from diagnoses such as anxiety and depression, as well as difficulties in relationships, life changes, and diet culture.

I use techniques from DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy). Elements from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) are strong in my practice. For couples seeking to improve their relationship, Emotionally Focused Therapy is my approach to re-creating the bond in their relationship.

I am a Health at Every Size Clinician, with an all-bodies accepting practice. I am well-versed in Intuitive Eating for those that need support mending an uncomfortable relationship with food, fighting the effects of diet culture, and would like to feel less anxiety with food.
