I am goal oriented and work eclectically, tailoring my approach to my clients’ personality and goals. I am trained in transpersonal, cognitive behavioral, lifespan integration, art therapy and sand tray, with lots of skills in between. I encourage understanding your own innate personality, strengths and encourage balance and whole person health.
I work with different types of people and believe my role is to meet you where you are and walk with you to meet your goals. As a Christian, I have the ability to incorporate compassionate Christian teaching and spiritual development as part of our process. However not everyone seeks spiritual growth as part of counseling and that is ok too.
