Are you stuck in the same pattern of conflict and old wounds that leave you feeling anxious, depressed, and disconnected? Are you looking to heal with your partner or family members? Has your relationship been pushed to the back burner during major life transitions? I work with couples, adolescent and adult individuals, and families looking to create or re-establish better connections with themselves and each other. I support clients in acknowledging, valuing, and working with the parts of you and your loved ones that are often perceived of as painful and in need of “fixing”.
By recognizing the influence of these parts and the thoughts, beliefs, and habituated responses they have shaped, you can uncover fresh possibilities and adopt alternative ways of living and relating to others. My training is relationally and trauma-informed, with a focus on attachment wounds, emotional connection, childhood trauma and CPTSD.
I want to help close the distance between you and your loved ones and restore joy, balance, trust, and intimacy in your life. In our time together you can expect me to work with you collaboratively, identify and acknowledge your many strengths, challenge your limiting beliefs, and find ways for us to laugh and heal together.
