Times like these can create negative thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may lead us to feel trapped or confused. I am here to provide a safe space to collaboratively reflect, problem-solve, and find your individual path to healing.
I'm trained in a strengths-based, trauma-informed care perspective and will explore alternative approaches to meet you where you are at. I specialize in working with transitional age youth and adult populations. I genuinely care for the well-being of my clients and work hard to find creative ways to help you achieve your goals and find peace within your life
