Navigating through life is tough. Overcoming life's challenges alone is that much more difficult. I aim to provide a supportive, collaborative environment to walk alongside you through emotional healing, personal growth, or any life transition. No matter where you are on your journey, you deserve the reminder that it's okay to not be okay and that wellness is possible. My practice focuses on women and teen girls working through depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem/identity concerns. I provide a safe space for authenticity and welcome all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and spiritualities.
I offer an integrative, holistic approach that offers flexibility and creativity to meet my clients' unique needs. I am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and believe in the mind-body approach to healing. I also really enjoy (& have lots of experience) working with trauma (relational, sexual, or religious), gender/sexual identity, and women's issues.
