I have a passion for helping people navigate life's challenges and discover inner strengths. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, where every person is seen and treated as a whole person, not just there diagnosis. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD, trauma, and addiction.
My approach to helping client's is compassionate, client-centered, and strength based. I draw from my experience in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and EMDR.
