My profession as a therapist is one that I take very seriously because I know that people are valuable, their lives are precious, and joy and contentment should be in each and every one of us. I provide a compassionate, empathetic style, while also empowering and challenging clients to be their best selves. I use an integrated approach with clients, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution focused therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I encourage clients to set realistic goals and objectives throughout the therapy process and I am committed to joining, supporting, and encouraging my clients in that process.
I have over fifteen years experience providing clinical support to a diverse population over that amount of time. I have worked with all age groups and have experience working with a wide range of presenting issues including relationship conflicts, self image, grief and loss, parenting, intimacy, depression and anxiety.
