My specialty is utilizing a blend of Buddhist Psychotherapy, Spiritual, and Existential lenses with the young adult/adult population. I primarily support individuals experiencing challenges with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life changes, and exploration of self/identity. I am committed to tailoring my approach to each individual, as well as neurodivergent individuals, throughout the therapy process. My passion lies in supporting you, so you can support yourself.
Some common modalities I use are Neurofeedback, CBT, DBT, Buddhist Psychotherapy, Existential/Humanistic approach, mindfulness, spiritual exploration, trauma-focused approach, non-violent communication, and radical acceptance. Practicing non-judgement and creating a safe space for you are my top priorities.
