My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, empathetic, and relaxed. My faith is integral to my life, and I would be happy to incorporate this into therapy. However, I believe everyone, regardless of faith background, deserves mental health care. I am more than comfortable meeting all people where they are.
As someone who has benefited from having a therapist, therapy continues to be fundamental in my life, my relationships, and in experiencing freedom.
