Hi! I am Kaylah, an LCSW licensed in Texas and Colorado with 5 years of experience working with youth, individuals, and families. I help individuals and families improve overall functioning, as well as coping with social and emotional challenges. I am a nerd when it comes to emotions and love finding ways to help people process them effectively. Ideally, I want you and/or your family to build confidence in handling the ups and downs of life and address the things that might be hindering your peace and sense of wellbeing!
When treating clients, I bring an integrative person centered approach to their therapy, based on their strengths and desired outcomes using various models and frameworks to optimally address the symptoms, helping create tools the client can use in daily life, and facilitate a client-therapist relationship that promotes healing.
I am caring, non-judgmental, and here to be apart of your journey. I understand deeply the difficulty mental health and emotional distress can have on an individual day to day.
