I have experience helping clients with different types of trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I utilize different modalities in my sessions such as Parts and Memory and EMDR to help reduce distress and provide healing. As each client is different, I strive to meet each client where they are at and work collaboratively with you to reach your desired goals. I utilize different modalities in session such as Parts and Memory (similar to IFS), EMDR, Mindfulness, Breathwork, and Reiki.
I offer free initial phone consultations to see if we are a good fit for one another and look forward to supporting you on your journey to healing. I am currently doing all therapy sessions virtually through zoom at this time.
