I work with various clients, including teens, adults, and the elderly. I use MBCT to help people who are experiencing problems of depression, and anxiety. Using a compassionate approach to alleviate trauma and stress-related disorders, I encourage my clients to rediscover their inner journey of self-awareness and to emotionally process traumatic experiences
I will be transparent with my clients that I don't have all the answers. While I can't promise to have the solution to your problem, I can promise to create a safe space to help you explore those solutions.
