| español I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, panic attacks/disorders, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and autism; I also specialize in immigrant and refugee mental health. I utilize several modalities, including ACT and DBT, and I am currently an EMDR therapist in training. I am bilingual and can provide therapy services in Spanish and English, including EMDR therapy. I enjoy working with people ages 10 and older.
I approach mental health treatment using third-wave therapies and utilize mindfulness approaches. I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
