I am a trauma-focused, strengths-based therapist trained intensively in EMDR & DBT, as well as many other modalities. Our relationship & your sense of safety with me is of the utmost importance, since I will ask you in our work together to take risks, be vulnerable, and challenge yourself. That's how we learn to love ourselves and change unwanted behaviors!
