Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Kentucky. I received my Masters from Lindsey Wilson College, and I have been practicing for 5 years. I help adults struggling with anxiety and self-care improve their daily lives.
In our first session, I want to help you feel calm and learn more about your situation. There are usually many factors contributing to the challenges you face, and exploring these will help us work together on a plan to address them.
