My passion lies in helping those who are dealing with grief & loss in all of its forms, as well as family of origin issues, relationship challenges, stress, identity issues, and generational trauma. My lived experience as a bi-racial Asian American allows me to explore the complexities of being human through a unique and intersectional lens.
