When working with individuals, couples, and families, I utilize a systems approach and help the clients pinpoint how relational interactions are creating the presenting problems.
I strive to offer a space that is safe and welcoming. My goal is to lead with empathy and compassion to build trust with my clients so that we can collaborate on a specific treatment plan to meet their needs. It is important to me to take into consideration the cultural factors that impact my clients to best understand who they are and what they are needing.
