My approach is rooted in the belief that all individuals have the ability to overcome adversity and develop greater resiliency. I will meet you where you are at and support you in getting where you want to be. We will work together as a team but you are always in control of your experience. My role is to safely guide you in addressing and resolving issues to be able to move forward in your life and achieve self-healing.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, ptsd and other trauma related issues. I draw upon and integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT and EMDR, based on your unique needs and specific treatment goals. My hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm by appointment.
It takes a lot of courage to be vulnerable and ask for help. Your willingness to start this process is a real sign of strength. Please reach out by phone or email if you are interested in scheduling a consultation.
