I have 8 years of experience working as a high school adjustment counselor and 4 years experience working with adolescents and adults in community mental health. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and processing life challenges and complicated grief. I have training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness strategies.
