The hardest step to take in your mental health journey is asking for help, and I will be that person, waiting to help you. As your counselor, my main goal is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space. We will become a team through trust and collaboration. As a team, we will explore the changes you would like to make in order to achieve your goals.
I specialize in working with children, pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults. While using an eclectic approach, I will include several therapeutic styles to best fit your needs. Some of the approaches that will be taken are, person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strength-based.
With immense commitment, care, passion, and empathy, I am confident that I can help you overcome hardships and achieve your goals for a healthier life. I will continuously strive to work with you every step of the way in your mental health journey.
