Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Arizona. I can help you step out of survival mode and create a reality where imperfections are welcomed. I will guide you in what it takes to increase your self esteem, set boundaries, rediscover your needs/wants, and live life in moderation. Step into the life you've been waiting for! In our first session, we'll begin with a brief introductions and then explore the current challenges you're facing. This approach will help me understand your unique needs and create a tailored plan for us to work on together in our future sessions.

I have a passion for working with adolescents, teenagers, and their families. I also enjoy working with adults navigating life transitions, career stress, and burnout in realizing their full potential. Additionally, I support individuals in finding clarity and hope when they are experiencing confusion, stagnation, or a sense of being lost.

I have developed a strong ability to stay present and grounded during sessions, ensuring that my clients feel seen, heard, and validated. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship characterized by openness and curiosity, free from judgment. My goal is to help each client approach their experiences with curiosity and embrace the healing journey.
