My journey as a parent has led me to take passion in advocating and working with those who are trying to conceive, dealing with infertility, have endured miscarriage(s), are surviving postpartum, or are a stressed parent.
I want to help you achieve solutions and deal with life on your own terms. My approach to therapy is that of both a listener and sounding board. I also work to help educate you, process tough emotions, be a support, and help you gain insight from your experiences. I want to assist clients in developing mindful coping strategies, and stress management skills.
