My door is open to anyone seeking a peaceful place to mend themselves. Though I am most experienced assisting survivors of trauma, I recognize that "trauma" can be an intimidating word. Not everyone identifies with it. So, if you feel that you have experienced a loss, are grieving or have been heavily impacted by something let's have a conversation to see if we are a good fit.
From my experience serving survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, children who have been traumatized, veterans and individuals struggling with substance abuse, I have learned that every path to healing looks different. I have learned that I must remain flexible, adaptive and in the posture of a learner all the while sharing my expertise.
As a therapist, I aim to instill hope and peace when I join another's journey. I truly believe that healing can take place in the hearts of those who seek it and that I am lucky if I am a part of that healing. I am honored to have served so many hard-working individuals.
