Often times, individuals under estimate the importance of their mental well-being and how it impacts their overall quality of life. I am interested in building relationships with people that are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction and overall day-to-day life stressors. My approach is eclectic and individualized based on the your unique situation. The goal is to empower you to seek improvement in areas such as communication, coping skills, strengthen self-esteem; and promote behavior change and optimal mental health.
Whether you have or have not been in counseling before, I will provide an environment that will foster trust and growth. I have experience working with individuals of diverse backgrounds, addressing various issues including depression, anxiety, inter-personal conflict, adjustment related issues, grief and addiction.
