DAYTIME openings ONLY at this time! Looking for a laid back, casual approach to therapy? As a licensed Independent Social Worker, my passion is to help individuals gain insight and perspective in their life. My clients feel validated, respected, and understood when they leave session. I believe every person has a right to determine how they want their life to look. My approach to therapy combines CBT/DBT concepts while considering all bio-psycho-social aspects of your life.
I have lived and professional experience working with individuals who struggle with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship difficulties. I am also an identified LGBTQ+ provider and am neurodivergent.
Seeking help can be intimidating and talking to a stranger about your most personal thoughts and feelings can be overwhelming. You've got this. Let's work together to build a life worth living!
