I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California (PSY33732) and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Stanford University School of Medicine. I have developed clinical expertises in working with people with a variety of challenges, including trauma recovery, anxiety, interpersonal distress, identity issues, and experiences of discrimination and oppression. I use evidence-based practices focused on client’s resilience, values, and goals.
I provide relational, compassionate, and flexible individual and couples therapy. My approach integrates behavioral, mindfulness, and systems practices to meet the client's tailored needs. My hope is to create an empowering space that allows for reflection, insights, and a new path forward.
