Finding a therapist can be a difficult process for anyone. I am glad you found your way here! I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California (PSY33732) and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Stanford University School of Medicine. I have developed clinical expertises in working with people with a variety of challenges, including trauma recovery, anxiety, interpersonal distress, identity issues, and experiences of discrimination and oppression. I use evidence-based practices focused on client’s resilience, values, and goals.
I provide relational, compassionate, and flexible individual and couples therapy. My approach integrates behavioral, mindfulness, and systems practices to meet the client's tailored needs. My hope is to create an empowering space that allows for reflection, insights, and a new path forward.
Establishing a secure and trusting relationship with your therapist is essential. I encourage you to explore my profile (and website) and decide if I might be a good fit for your needs and preferences. Please reach out if you have any questions. I look forward to connecting!
