You deserve to feel safe, supported, and, most importantly, heard. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by life’s demands and feel like no one is on your side. Depression, anxiety, and stress can make us feel as if there is nowhere else to go. Or we develop coping methods that are not aligned with our life goals. If pouring from an empty cup is no longer an option for you, then I commend you for taking the first step towards your new journey.
I believe in creating a safe space that allows you to explore your true self. My areas of concern include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress, perinatal mood disorders, self-harm, and eating disorders.
My approach to counseling is to build a strong relationship and to collaborate with you as you begin to heal. While I have an Adlerian foundation, I integrate CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and psychoeducation to help you reach your goals. The hardest part is over; now it’s time to (emotionally) refill that cup!
