I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, but have a passion for working with young adults. Emerging adulthood is often depicted as the prime of life; however some struggle with feeling anxiety, depression, and stress.
These can stem from college and career navigation to personal identity development. Learning to manage evolving relationships with family, friends, significant others, and co-workers can also become challenging. My approach is genuine, compassionate, non-judgmental, and constructive. I use a holistic approach where we consider the mind, body, and spirit.
My therapeutic approach incorporates a combination of modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. You are not alone in this journey dealing with trauma, depression/anxiety or grief/loss/illness, I am here to hear you and your story, an honor I do not take lightly.
