The longest and most important relationship we will ever have is with ourselves. How do we improve our relationships? How do we better use our time? How do we increase our self-compassion?

I work with clients who want to outgrow these frustrating patterns. At your pace, we focus on ways to feel more present in our lives and unpack the things that hold us back. Using Motivational Interviewing strategies, I work with clients to identify and address the dilemmas in their lives and create more intention and harmony within.
