I am very passionate about working with adult men and women who are dealing with stress, depression or anxiety, relationship issues, and more. My goal as a therapist is to make each client feel appreciated as well as working with you to accomplish goals and discuss your issues or concerns freely in an environment that is both comfortable and non-judgmental. I have helped clients make changes while also assisting them in seeing different perspectives in their lives and in certain situations. I work with clients who deal with depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues/LBGTQ, and many more. Contact me for more information.
As a LMHC, I take great pride in helping people overcome barriers to ensure that each client has the ability to communicate effectively in a non-judgmental environment. After each session, the goal in therapy is to accomplish self-awareness, emotional self-regulation, improved motivation, communication skills, and setting healthy boundaries while also maintaining healthy relationships.
