I strive to cultivate a brave therapeutic space with my clients, one that is non-judgmental, curious, and encourages vulnerability. Whether you are an individual, a couple, or a family, I can help you find a better understanding of yourself and the challenges you face. As you gain insight into your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, you'll be mobilized towards reaching your goals. I'll be there for compassionate support to connect you to your inner self, strengthen your relationships and make positive change.
I prioritize practicing therapy through an intersectional, feminist, and culturally sensitive, lens. I build connection with my clients through an integrative framework of techniques based in Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy.
I believe that people have a fundamental desire to feel seen, heard, and understood by others. I feel strongly that intentional human connection is an essential component to sustaining well-being. Reaching out for therapy IS a brave first step, and while it may be challenging, there truly is so much power in vulnerability.
