I have been providing therapy for adults for the past eight years. I have been primarily treating addiction with a secondary focus on depression, trauma, anxiety, crisis management, serious mental illnesses, relational stress, and grief and loss. I have worked extensively with those in the criminal justice system and those with a history of homelessness.
I provide telehealth and in person services to adults seeking individual therapy. I use a variety of evidence-based methods to help clients reach their treatment goals and improve overall functioning. I offer free consultations to discuss potential services and to see if I would be a good fit to help meet your needs.
