Hello, my name is Kayla Dean, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) practicing in California. I work with adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and other stressors. My goal is to work through the core issues driving maladaptive behaviors so that my clients can get long-term symptom relief and a more fulfilling life.
My style and approach to therapy work best with adolescent and adult clients dealing with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I work to empower my clients and collaborate throughout treatment to ensure that individual needs are being met.
