Through the counseling process, I strive to provide an atmosphere of openness, trust, and support in which you can explore where you currently are in life and where you hope to be. I understand that opening up to someone new about your story may be pretty intimidating. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you're able to feel accepted and heard. Wherever you are in your journey of life, you will always be met with compassion, grace and acceptance.
I have experience in a vast range of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, and impulsivity. I provide individual counseling for children (7+), adolescents, and adults. I strive to take each client’s uniqueness into consideration as we work to identify goals and the direction to take the sessions.
My hope is that you are able to become empowered in your personal strengths as you show the beauty of your most authentic self in this challenging world. Life is tough, but so are you.
