The decision to start therapy is a courageous first step towards healing and growth. I focus on creating a judgment free, safe and comfortable environment. I am here to assist clients reach their full potential whether that be individually or with a significant other. My area of focus includes sex and relationship therapy, mental wellbeing, EMDR, communication skill building and reaching personal and professional goals.
I have experience working with many levels of trauma, using EMDR to assist clients in reaching their full potential and accomplish goals. I utilize trainings with Tammy Nelson, CST and The Gottman Method to work with couples on communication and sex related issues.
