I have a special place in my heart for individuals combatting stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. My desire is to help you process your experiences and emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and create skills to battle any distressing situations you may encounter.
I typically work under the guides of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on the interaction between one’s thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and actions. However, I am happy to change my approach based on the needs of the client. Other approaches may include but are not limited to Solution-Focused, Strength-Based, DBT, or Mindfulness-based Therapies.
