I utilize a trauma-informed approach. Our bodies carry our traumas and I hope to help you minimize that trauma response so you truly can embrace your greatest potential and thrive as your most vulnerable self. I'm trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I specialize in Trauma, Grief, PTSD, Relationships, and Addictions.
