As humans, we experience many different hardships and often unexplainable symptoms or emotions leaving us to feel overwhelmed or out of control. You are not alone and reaching out is the first step.
I have always felt a natural ability to connect and empathize with others. In sessions, I will utilize both person-centered and cognitive behavioral counseling techniques to identify symptoms, educate, build confidence, and allow the client to restore self awareness, regain assurance and set healthy boundaries in a non-judgmental space in their own time.
