Life can be messy. I am here to help. I have been working in this field for seven years, providing therapy to those dealing with mood disorders, ADHD/neurodivergence, relationship issues, lgbtqia+ concerns, trauma and much more. I pride myself in providing a welcoming environment, free of judgement. I love working with motivated individuals and couples who enjoy putting in the work and seeing their life change as a result. I have extensive experience serving individuals, couples, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community offering trauma-focused, culturally sensitive therapy. I enjoy being able to help others sort through the trauma of the past and the stress of the present, in order to help my clients live a more authentic, peaceful existence.
