If you are feeling stuck, I am here to help you navigate the process of getting un-stuck. Maybe you are running into the same problems repeatedly, feeling dissatisfied with life, or dealing with anxiety and depression. So many of the challenges we face comes from the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves. I work with my clients from a trauma-informed lens to reframe and re-author their stories. We work with curiosity to understand the places where pain emerges. We are a team in this process with you, the client as the expert on your life. Together we work to build confidence, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and processing.
Sometimes words alone aren't enough. I collaborate with my clients to find ways to incorporate art, writing, music, and poetry into our sessions. It can feel really great to use a paint brush to assist in processing what it is your are going through. Art provides a release to the feelings that are lodged inside of us.
We will work together in taking the steps to improve your mental health and general well-being. I am honored to listen to your stories, helping you as you make the positive changes to bring more peace and equilibrium to your life. And while it might feel hard at times, we will definitely laugh together in the process.
