I am Certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and have completed EMDR Informed IFS (Internal Family Systems) training. I am certified by Mike Dooley to teach how to manifest your dreams. I love astrology, Ayurveda, and indigenous wisdom.
