Mental health matters, and sometimes we need help and support to get us to where we want to be. My goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and respected. Your healing journey matters, and I would like nothing more than to help you along the way. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, family struggles, or the effects of trauma, I’m here to help. I enjoy engaging clients in parts work through Internal Family Systems (IFS). I've found that IFS can be very effective in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I specialize in working with women, teens, and children through a trauma-informed lens. Your care is important, so I use research-based methods such as DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR and Play Therapy. I offer humor, warmth, and compassion to my practice. I also bring my authentic self to the therapeutic relationship and invite you to do the same.
Starting therapy can be scary and I want to create a safe inclusive space for you to explore difficult emotions.
