I work with adult trauma survivors. My expertise is in PTSD/cPTSD, anxiety/depression, mood management & general self growth and development. I am trained and utilize EMDR, as well as, other emotion and cognitive, evidence-based, interventions (ie. CBT, ACT, somatic interventions, etc). I enjoy assisting clients in finding relief from their mental/emotional roadblocks. Many of my clients truly progress and achieve their goals, and I am always honored to be a part of each person's journey. An ideal client is one who is ready and motivated to engage in deep inner work with the goal of embracing their best feeling and thinking self!
