I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, loss of identity, lack of meaning and purpose in life, poor self-esteem, difficulty with emotional regulation/expression and military specific issues, such as traumatic stress injuries related to combat operations and difficulty readjusting to civilian life.
